The Vancouver Film Office would like to alert the local film industry well in advance to our upcoming holiday office closure. The Office will close at 4:00pm Friday, December 23, 2022 and will remain closed until Monday, January 2, 2023. Regular operational hours will resume at 8:00am Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Over the month of December we will operating on an overall reduced capacity and permit processing times may take longer than normal, particularly during the week of December 19, 2023.

If you anticipate filming activity during the month of December or in the first week of January, please ensure you communicate with your assigned film officer to discuss timelines for your submissions and plan accordingly.
